Email Premium limits
Storage, sending limits and what can lead to an account being suspended.
Why there are limits
Sending limits protect the reputation of your domain and of our server. A domain that sends too many messages in a short time can end up on other providers’ blocklists, and getting off them takes time and isn’t always possible. With the limits, your emails keep getting through.
Storage
| Plan | Storage | Accounts | Domains |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email Premium 10 GB | 10 GB | up to 10 | 1 + 1 alias |
| Email Premium 30 GB | 30 GB | unlimited | 1 + 2 alias |
| Email Premium 100 GB | 100 GB | unlimited | 2 + 4 alias |
| 25 GB add-on pack | 25 GB more, on any plan | ||
| Email included with hosting | 1 GB in total | 3 |
Storage belongs to the plan, not to each account. You split it across the accounts however you like.
Sending
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Messages to other domains | up to 50 at once; after that, about 16 per hour |
| Messages to your own domain | up to 200 at once; after that, 60 per hour |
| Recipients per message | up to 50 |
The limits apply to each account. Email marketing and bulk sending aren’t allowed. For newsletters and campaigns, use SMTP Sending.
Suspended account
An account may be suspended when we detect irregular activity, to protect your domain and other customers. The most common causes are:
- Sending mass mailings or email marketing from the account
- Many bounced messages, for example when sending to outdated address lists
- Sending above the limits, in number of messages or of recipients
- A leaked password, used by others to send spam
If your account was suspended, contact our support to find out why and get it released. And if your company needs higher limits, talk to us so we can find a solution.
