Sending limits
Email Premium is built for everyday communication, not bulk sending. The limits protect the servers' reputation, and that's what gets your messages delivered.
- To other domains: up to 50 messages at once; after that, about 16 per hour.
- To your own domain: up to 200 messages at once; after that, 60 per hour.
- Up to 50 recipients per message.
- Email marketing and bulk sending aren't allowed. For newsletters and campaigns, use SMTP Sending.

Frequently asked questions
What does "unlimited accounts" mean?
On the 30 GB and 100 GB plans, you create as many accounts as you want, without paying extra for each one. What you buy is storage: on the 30 GB plan, for example, all the accounts together use up to 30 GB, split however you prefer. The 10 GB plan has up to 10 accounts.
Does it work in Outlook and on my phone?
Yes. It works in Outlook, in the iPhone and Android mail apps, in other email programs and in the browser, through Webmail. We help you set it up.
I use Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Can I migrate?
Yes, and the migration is free. We bring your messages over. If you prefer, you can switch gradually, one part of the team at a time, with SDR routing.
How many domains can I use?
The 10 GB and 30 GB plans cover 1 domain, for example @yourcompany.com, and the 100 GB plan covers 2 domains. They also include alias domains, other addresses that deliver to the same accounts, such as @yourcompany.net receiving at john@yourcompany.com: 1 on the 10 GB plan, 2 on the 30 GB plan and 4 on the 100 GB plan.
Will my emails land in the recipient's spam?
We do everything we can to prevent it. We set up the domain's "signatures" (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and send through a premium relay, with a delivery rate close to 100%. The result also depends on the content of your messages and the recipient's provider.
Can I send email marketing?
No. Email Premium is for your company's everyday communication. There are sending limits (up to 50 recipients per message, for example) and bulk sending isn't allowed. For newsletters and campaigns, there's SMTP Sending, with a dashboard of deliveries, opens and clicks.
What if I run out of space?
You can add 25 GB packs for R$147.50/quarter or move to a bigger plan, whenever you want.
I already host my site with you. Do I need Email Premium?
It depends. Hosting includes a complimentary email with 3 accounts and 1 GB in total. If your team needs more accounts, more space or Email Premium's security features, you can switch whenever you like.
Does it come with a document editor, file storage or video calls?
No. Email Premium is just email, calendar and contacts. If you use Google's or Microsoft's documents and video calls, compare carefully before switching. We can help you with the math.
Is there a lock-in?
No. No lock-in, no setup fee and no cancellation fee. If prices change, we let you know 30 days in advance.
