Frequently asked questions
Does it work with the tool I already use?
If it sends over SMTP, yes: newsletter tools such as Mautic, WordPress, WooCommerce and other online stores, ERPs and in-house systems. Platforms that do the sending themselves, such as Mailchimp and RD Station, don't use an external SMTP server.
Are there any rules for sending?
A few, and they protect your domain's reputation. Only send to people who agreed to receive your messages, with no purchased lists, and include an unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Bounces must stay below 5% and complaints below 0.1% of the messages sent. Above that, sending may be paused.Read the SMTP Sending policy
What's the difference from Email Premium?
Email Premium is your team's mailbox, for everyday communication, with sending limits. SMTP Sending is for sending many messages at once, from a tool or system. Many businesses use both, with the same domain.
How long until I can start sending?
Setup usually takes a few days. After that, the volume ramps up gradually during warm-up, so providers get to know your domain. We agree on the pace based on your list.
Will my messages land in spam?
We do our part: authenticated domain, warm-up and automatic removal of problem addresses. The result also depends on your list and the content of your messages. The dashboard shows what's happening, so you can fix things fast.
Can I see who opened and clicked?
Yes, message by message. Clicks are counted precisely. Opens are an estimate: some providers, such as Apple and Gmail, load images before the person opens the message or block this tracking.
