Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Raszio (CDDC Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ 30.660.485/0001-00) collects on this site and while providing its services, what it uses that data for and what your rights are, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law 13.709/2018).

What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service of interest, your language and the message you write.
  • WhatsApp and email: the number, the address and the content of the conversations you start with us.
  • Customers: registration and billing details needed to provide the service and issue invoices (nota fiscal).

What we use it for

  • To answer you and send proposals you asked for.
  • To provide the services you signed up for, give support and bill you.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies, audience analytics tools or ads.

Who we share it with

We use a few suppliers to operate, who process data on our behalf:

  • Basin (usebasin.com): receives the messages from the contact form.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): support channel, when you message us there.
  • Infrastructure providers: the servers, storage and email the services run on, which may be outside Brazil.

We may also share data when required by law or a court order.

Data on customers’ sites and mailboxes

The content of the sites and mailboxes we host belongs to the customer. We only access that content when needed to provide the service, give support at the customer’s request or comply with the law.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful for support. Customer data, for the length of the contract and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Service backups are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to confirm whether we process your data, to access, correct or delete it, to take it to another provider, and to withdraw a consent. Just write to suporte@raszio.com.
