Custom website policy

This policy applies to Raszio’s custom website. It complements the Terms of Service, which apply to every service.

What the custom website is

With a custom website, Raszio designs a site to measure for your company, with up to 40 pages, and hands the code over to you. It is paid once and can be split into up to 6 instalments. The price and any extras are set in the approved quote.

Hosting is not included: the site is delivered on a Raszio website hosting plan, contracted separately.

How it works and deadline

1. We hold an online briefing with you, to understand the company and what the site needs.
2. You send all the material: logo, text and photos.
3. We build the site and deliver it all at once, within 25 days, counted from the briefing and from receiving all the material.
4. After delivery, you have 3 rounds of revisions to request adjustments. Further rounds are quoted separately.

Requests that change what was agreed in the briefing, such as new pages or features, are quoted separately and may change the deadline.

Stalled projects

If, after the briefing or the delivery, we go 30 days without a reply or without the material, the project is paused and the deadline no longer applies. If we go 90 days without a reply, the project is closed: before delivery, the amount paid is not refunded; after delivery, any unused rounds of revisions end. We let you know by email before pausing and before closing.

Who owns the code

Once every instalment is paid, the site’s code and layout are yours, and you can take them wherever you like. Until then, they belong to Raszio.

The materials you sent us, such as your logo, photos and text, remain yours. The domain is always yours too.

Warranty

For 30 days after delivery, we fix any error in what we delivered at no cost. While the site stays on a Raszio hosting plan, whichever plan it is, the warranty stays valid.

The warranty does not cover:

• Changes made to the site by you or by others.
• A hacked site. Cleaning is not included, as the hosting policy says.
• New features or changes to what was agreed.

If the site leaves Raszio’s hosting, the warranty ends.

Withdrawal and refunds

• Within 7 days of signing up, you can withdraw and get back everything you paid, as set out in the Terms of Service.
• After that and before delivery, we keep 30% of the project price, for the briefing and the work already done, and refund whatever you paid above that. If you paid less than that, there is no refund, and the remaining instalments are not charged.
• After delivery, there is no refund, and the remaining instalments are still due.

Unpaid instalments follow the non-payment rule in the Terms of Service.
