The website subscription's monthly fee has no lock-in and no cancellation fee: cancel any time. The activation fee covers building the website and is due even if you cancel before the last instalment. A custom website is paid once, in up to 6 instalments.
A content change on one page, such as replacing a text, a photo or a phone number. You get 1 a month, requested on WhatsApp, and an unused change doesn't carry over. New pages and features are quoted separately.

Yes. Once every instalment is paid, the code is yours and you can take it wherever you like. The warranty is valid while the website stays on our hosting.
No. A website subscription belongs to Raszio and works while the subscription is active. If you cancel, the project is paused and the website is no longer shown. The domain is always yours.See the website subscription policy.
A website subscription is always built by us. If you want to keep the website you have, our hosting plans include a free migration.
Neither option includes: designing or redesigning a logo, photography and image editing, social media management, paid traffic and digital marketing, or article writing.
For a website subscription, the activation fee is paid in 3 instalments of R$190, plus the monthly fee. You choose to pay quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, by Pix, boleto or card. A custom website is paid once and can be split into up to 6 instalments.
Within 7 days of signing up, we refund everything you paid. After that and before delivery, we keep 30% of the project price and refund whatever you paid above that; if you paid less, there is no refund and the remaining instalments are not charged.
