Website subscription policy

This policy applies to Raszio’s website subscription. It complements the Terms of Service, which apply to every service.

What the website subscription is

With a website subscription, Raszio builds, hosts and maintains a site that shows your company’s name, brand and domain. You pay an activation fee, which covers building the site, in 3 instalments of R$190, and the monthly fee while the subscription is active.

The site uses a layout from Raszio’s library, adapted with your company’s colors, typography, images and logo, and has up to 20 pages.

Deadline

After you sign up, we hold an online briefing with you. The site is ready in about 15 days, counted from the briefing and from receiving all the material (logo, text and photos).

Changes

You can request 1 content change a month, on WhatsApp. A change is a content change on one page, such as replacing a text, a photo or a phone number. A change not used in one month does not carry over to the next.

New pages, new features and layout changes are not content changes: they are quoted separately.

Who owns the site

The site belongs to Raszio, including the code, the layout and the content we produce. When the subscription ends, it goes offline and is not handed over to the customer, neither as files nor as a copy, and it cannot be moved to another host.

The materials you sent us, such as your logo, photos and text, remain yours.

Domain

The domain always belongs to the customer. Registering and renewing it is the customer’s responsibility, and the domain stays with them when the subscription ends.

Resources and forms

The site has the resources it needs to work well, with the same backups as website hosting. If its usage threatens the stability of the server or of other customers, we may limit its resources, such as the number of form submissions. In that case, we let you know and help find a solution.

Personal data

Under the LGPD, you are the controller of the personal data the site collects, such as data sent through forms. Raszio is the processor: it stores that data to provide the service and does not use it for any other purpose. It is up to you to tell your visitors and customers how you use that data.

Termination

You can cancel the monthly fee whenever you want, with no cancellation fee, as set out in the Terms of Service. The activation fee covers building the site: its instalments are still due if you cancel before paying them all, except when you withdraw within 7 days as the terms provide.

Raszio may end the subscription with at least 30 days’ notice. In cases of serious abuse, suspension follows the Terms of Service and may be immediate.
