Import contacts into Webmail

You can bring your contacts over from another email program into Webmail in a few steps.

1. Save your contacts to a .vcf file

Open the program where your contacts are today and look for the option to export contacts in vCard format, which creates a .vcf file. Save that file to a folder on your computer.

2. Import the file into Webmail

Sign in to Webmail, click Contacts in the main menu and then Import.

Select the .vcf file you saved and click Import.

A message will confirm that the contacts were imported. Check the list and you’re done.

Common problems

Only some of the contacts were imported

Each program exports contacts differently, and the .vcf file may not have included all of them. Go back to the original program, check that all contacts were selected when exporting and, if needed, export more than one file.
