Bring your site and email to Raszio

The access we need from you to do the migration, which is free.

If your company already has a site or email somewhere else, we move them to Raszio, at no cost. You don’t need to copy anything: our team takes care of everything and agrees with you on the best time for the switch.

For that, we need two kinds of access:

  1. Access to the domain
  2. Access to your current hosting

Access to the domain

The domain is your company’s address on the internet, such as yourcompany.com.br. It’s registered with a company called a registrar, and that’s where we need to make the changes that point your site and your email to Raszio.

Domains registered at Registro.br

If your domain ends in .br, it’s probably at Registro.br. In that case, you don’t need to give us your password: just give us technical access to the domain.

Domains registered elsewhere

If your domain is with another registrar, such as Locaweb, GoDaddy, HostGator or Hostinger, we need the username and password of the account where it’s registered.

I don’t know where my domain is registered

We’ll find out for you.

  • .br domains: look up the domain on Registro.br’s Whois. The page shows the holder’s ID. Then click Acessar conta (Sign in), enter that ID and choose Não lembro ou não tenho a senha (I don’t remember or don’t have the password) to create a new password.
  • .com and other domains: talk to us, and we’ll find out where it’s registered.

Access to your current hosting

Hosting is the service where your site’s files and your email are today. To copy everything, we need the username and password of your current hosting’s control panel, such as Locaweb, HostGator, GoDaddy or Hostinger.
