Use your company email in Gmail
How to send and receive your company's email through your Gmail account.
Many people prefer Gmail because it’s easy to use. You can use it to read and answer your company’s email, with your own domain as the sender.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- A Google account, such as
jane@gmail.com - Your company email address and its password, such as
jane@yourcompany.com
1. Receive email in Gmail
For your company’s messages to reach Gmail, they need to be forwarded automatically to your Gmail address.
The simplest way is to ask our support: tell us your company email and your Gmail address, and we set up the forwarding for you. The messages stay stored on the server, so you can still access them in Webmail.
2. Send email through Gmail
Add your company address
In Gmail, click the gear in the top right corner > See all settings > Accounts and Import tab. Under Send mail as, click Add another email address.

On the first screen, fill in your name and your company email and click Next Step.

Fill in the outgoing server settings
Fill in the fields with these settings:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| SMTP Server | pvlmail1.raszio.com |
| Port | 587 |
| Username | Your full company email |
| Password | Your company email password |
| Security | Secured connection using TLS |

Click Add Account.
Confirm the address
Google sends a confirmation message to your company email. Open Webmail, find that message and click the confirmation link. If you prefer, copy the numeric code from the message and paste it into the Gmail window. Either way works.
Test
Write a new message in Gmail and check that your company email appears in the From field.

Send a test message to another address and check that it arrived.
Use your company email as the default
You can make your company email the default sender, so you don’t have to pick it for every message.
- Go to Settings > See all settings > Accounts and Import.
- Under Send mail as, click make default next to your company email.
- Choose what happens when you reply to a message: reply from the same address the message was sent to, or always from the default address.
